There is Something Magical About Becoming a Bride

Every girl fantasizes about her wedding day. When it comes to wedding preparations, the bride may have more pressing concerns than the choice of date and food. After all, it necessitates time and preparation to prepare for your special day. Have you ever contemplated the mystery of a woman’s ethereal radiance on her wedding day? The fact that they are experiencing unbridled joy at one of the most momentous occasions in their lives accounts for half of the explanation; the other half is due to their meticulous planning. Your wedding day is now scheduled, and the countdown has begun! To look your best, a few procedures, like any significant skin treatments, should be done months or even years before the wedding, while others will need to be done on the day of the ceremony (nails for example). If you’ve never had a big cosmetic procedure before, like lip fillers, don’t have them a few days before your wedding. Experts from women’s salons that have partnered with Sirwiss have put together this piece to help you achieve the glowing appearance you’ve been envisioning for your big day.

05 Months Before the Wedding

1. Major Skin Treatments – Make sure you take care of your skin. Freckling and even bigger spots of pigmentation may be signs of UV damage, especially if you spent most of your adolescence and early adulthood outdoors. See an aesthetician or dermatologist six months before the wedding if you want your brown spots removed for a flawless complexion. Exfoliate twice a week and cleanse, tone, and moisturize your skin twice a day! If you get stressed out from planning your wedding, this will help keep your skin under control. Melasma is difficult to cure, and the acne is a constant struggle. If you have acne, melasma, hyperpigmentation, or just need laser hair removal, now is the time to start the process. Get advice from a dermatologist or one of Sirwiss-beauty experts on the best course of action.

2. Visit Your Hairstylist – Keep your length in mind while sitting in your stylist’s chair. Do not do anything drastic to your hair, especially if you’re trying to grow it out for your wedding day. Have your hairstylist trim your hair to keep it looking its finest, and then schedule a dusting – when your hairstylist literally removes any split ends without losing any length – to maintain its shape.

3. Maintaining Body Shape – A bride should be in good physical shape. A bride who is physically and mentally well will radiate wellness from inside. Exercise is the only certain way to achieve and maintain fitness and health. Whether you’re a fan of exercises or not, chances are at least one area of your body won’t quite fit into your dream wedding dress. You might still have problematic areas even if you’re working out regularly, eating healthily, and avoiding all the common pitfalls. That’s when the personal trainers from Sirwiss come in handy. Preserve your size and weight measurements with a well-planned fitness regimen.

1. Lengthen Your Lashes – If you want longer eyelashes for your wedding but don’t want to have extensions, discuss this with your dermatologist. Using a lash conditioning solution or mascara with peptides can help your lashes grow stronger and maintain them in the growth phase for longer.

2. Schedule Your Hair and Makeup Trial – Determine by now who will be handling your wedding hair and makeup, and schedule a trial run with them (Bring your veil!) and try out different hair and makeup styles. Bring pictures of hairstyles and makeup looks you like for inspiration (take a picture of your makeup with the flash on to make sure you like what you look like), and don’t be shy about voicing your disapproval if something looks or feels off. The purpose of the free trial is to give you the chance to experiment with as many potential new styles as possible until you find one that you love.

3. Brows/Microblading – If you want your brow technician’s work to seem natural and full, you shouldn’t give them free rein. Ask them to tweeze any unwanted hairs and mold them into a form that complements your face. If you like how she or he does them, you’ll want to go back the week of your wedding. There is still time for them to grow back in before the wedding if you decide you don’t like the new form.

1. Become a Healthier EaterBeauty comes from within, as the saying goes, and it is true. Your beauty is also reflected in your compassion and kindness. Yet, you may take that advice in a more literal sense as well: your attractiveness is determined by what you put inside your body. Your looks might improve or deteriorate depending on what you eat and drink.

The tip for improving your beauty is simple: drink enough of water and consume nutritious foods. We mean water when we say water, not coffee or other drinks. Such beverages, even though fluid, are not a replacement for water. Drink 8 glasses of water each day on average, increasing or decreasing the quantity based on your body mass and activity on that day. If that is too much of water to intake, you can infuse them with fruit such as lemon, apple or kiwi to add some flavor.

Adding more plant-based meals and less animal-based products to your diet will help you look and feel healthier. From now until your wedding day, make sure to have fruits and vegetables at every meal.

2. Take Care of Your Mind – It’s a lot of work to plan a wedding. You risk having a negative reaction as a result of the pressure you’re under. You may look troubled, tired and unenthusiastic if you don’t take care of your mind as well as you take care of your skin. By writing down your feelings every day, you will be able to relax from stress. Journaling is often recommended by psychologists for their stressed patients. Aside from its therapeutic value, this book may also be used as a wedding journal. It is also possible to meditate every day if you have time. When you meditate, your mind may relax and stop racing from all the stimuli it encounters every day. Your mind will be more organized and clearer after some meditation.

02 Months Before the Wedding

1. Facials Have at least two or three facials in the weeks leading up to the wedding for optimal effects. If you tend to become red easily, you may want to wait at least a week after your previous facial before go public (especially if you have acne or blackheads that need to be extracted).

2. Make a Weekly Special Treatment a Priority – At least once a week, treat yourself to a self-care treatment such as a facial, spa, or massage. Scrubbing and masking will remove skin problems that remain even after you have completed your regular regimen. You may use items in the kitchen for this purpose at home, such as brown sugar, baking soda, milk, eggs, and other fruits. If you still have a skin condition that isn’t going away with these wedding beauty routines, you should see a dermatologist and obtain a treatment instead. A dermatologist will have more comprehensive and suitable instruments to treat the condition than you have at home.

01 Month Before the Wedding

1. Teeth Whitening – Depending on how sensitive your teeth are, you may want to see the dentist for a cleaning and in-office whitening treatment one or even two months before your wedding day. This is something you should discuss with your dentist.

2. Hair – See your hairdresser a month before the wedding for a new cut, color, and hot oil or keratin treatment (but skip the hair treatment if you are going for an up-do or if your hair is very fine). Take in your extensions so they may be colored and trimmed to complement your new do.

3. Massage Therapy – Make a massage appointment one month before the wedding. Your stress level may be at its height at that moment. A massage before the big day will be beneficial to both your mind and your body.

On the Day Before the Special Day

Before the big event, try wearing an under-eye patch to reduce swelling. It’s likely you didn’t get much rest the night before. In such instance, applying pressure with a patch under each eye can help alleviate swelling, puffiness, and the appearance of dark circles beneath the eyes. Make use of your regular skin care routine. You may try diffusing some soothing aromas to help you unwind. Inhale some vanilla or lavender if you’re feeling worried.
